not bad for your second flash. you have a good concept and nice choice of music. you just need to work on the drawings, maybe spend a little more time on them and practice with the animation. don't get discouraged by people's negative comments, stick with it.

The original idea was to have a man sitting on the Clydesdale, in a barn, while midgets, with buckets, ran around pouring the Clydesdale pee into the Budweiser bottles. But sadly with the amount of time I had with Pappy's narration didn't make it possible, without it looking extremely, and terribly, fast. I didn’t want to chop up the sound because I wanted to keep the story moving so instead so I changed it to something a little shorter. It would have looked funny, though, to see those midgets running around with buckets of Clydesdale pee.

i'm not sure if it was trying to be funny but it was. the graphics were pretty bad but i liked the whole interactive audience gets to choose thing. there were a couple parts where the script cracked me up. anyway, i think you put a lot of effort in, so nice job.
